Our Quality Commitments
Customer Focus. Client requirements sit at the centre of every sourcing decision. We work to understand each client’s specifications, delivery expectations, and total cost objectives, and then exceed them wherever we can.
Product Integrity. We source only genuine, specification-compliant components from original manufacturers, authorised distributors, and verified aftermarket suppliers. Where an aftermarket equivalent is proposed in place of an OEM part, the client receives full written disclosure before any order is placed.
Accountability and Traceability. Every shipment is traceable from manufacturer to delivery. Certificates of conformance, test reports, and customs documentation are maintained as part of a complete shipment pack.
Continuous Improvement. We review supplier performance, internal processes, and client feedback systematically, and we treat quality as an ongoing discipline embedded in our culture rather than a one-time milestone.

Scope
This policy applies to MRO spare parts sourcing, procurement process outsourcing, strategic sourcing and vendor management, logistics and customs management, warehousing and consolidation, and MRO data management.

This Quality Policy has been reviewed and approved by Vendorberg’s senior management and forms a binding commitment to all staff, contractors, and agents working under the Vendorberg name.
